How to Use:
Makes one Gallon each. (5 gallons total)
Start with one gallon of water. Pour out 4 cups of water from the gallon. Boil the 4 cups of water , add two tea bags, remove from heat and cool for 4-8 hours. Once cooled add the 4 cups of brewed tea to the remaining balance of gallon of water then refrigerate. Drink 4 - 8 oz of brewed tea one to two times per day.
